Shipping

Shipping to Germany is done with Hermes, to other countries with the Austrian Post - CO2 - neutral.

We pack extremely carefully. However, please check the consignments you receive when you take delivery of them and hold any Transport damage at the postman's within 24 hours in writing after receipt of the goods. Please also inform us of this promptly.

Other Complaintswhich we hope will not give rise to any claims, will only be accepted within 14 days by written notice of claim to office@schauraum.at recognised.

Shipping time

We ship within 1 - 3 working days. This results in an estimated delivery time

within Austria 5 -10 working days, to Germany, Liechtenstein and Switzerland 8 - 13 working days, to other EU countries 10 - 15 working days, to Canada, the USA and Australia 15 - 25 working days.

Shipping costs

For Austria, Germany and rest of EU no costs are incurred.

For Countries outside the EU the shipping costs are based on the destination country (zone) and the total weight of the consignment for a maximum insured value of EUR 510:
