RETURN

If you are not satisfied with the models you have ordered or if you need a different size, you can return them within the cancellation period. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Please let us know as soon as possible by mail office@schauraum.at and state the item, number of items, reasons for the return and your exchange wishes.

The goods must be unused and show no signs of use.

Pack the goods carefully so that they survive the return shipment undamaged and arrange for a registered return so that your package can be tracked via a tracking number in the event of loss. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free returns. You are of course free to choose a reliable shipping service provider for the return shipment.

Please note: 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after the 14-day cancellation period has expired.

As soon as we have received your return, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the return and, after checking it, you will be refunded the corresponding amount - according to the payment method you have chosen or selected when ordering. The processing time for this can take up to 3 working days.
