Shipping to Germany is done with Hermes, to other countries with the Austrian Post - CO2 - neutral.<\/p>\n

We pack extremely carefully. However, please check the consignments you receive when you take delivery of them and hold any\u00a0Transport damage\u00a0<\/strong>at the postman's\u00a0within 24 hours<\/strong>\u00a0in writing after receipt of the goods. Please also inform us of this promptly.<\/p>\n

Other Complaints<\/strong>which we hope will not give rise to any claims, will only be accepted within 14 days by written notice of claim to office@schauraum.at<\/a> recognised.<\/p>\n

Shipping time<\/h2>\n

We ship within 1 - 3 working days. This results in an estimated delivery time<\/p>\n

within Austria 5 -10 working days, to Germany, Liechtenstein and Switzerland 8 - 13 working days, to other EU countries 10 - 15 working days, to Canada, the USA and Australia 15 - 25 working days.<\/p>\n

Shipping costs<\/h2>\n

For Austria, Germany and rest of EU<\/strong> no costs are incurred.<\/p>\n

For Countries outside the EU<\/strong> the shipping costs are based on the destination country (zone) and the total weight of the consignment for a maximum insured value of EUR 510:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
